When I got my dog over a year ago, I was confident I knew all I needed to know about raising a puppy. I definitely was very wrong on that assumption. When I realized I had an uncontrollable puppy, I reached out to the Dog Dude for help. I needed advice on how to eliminate the stress and frustration i had with my wild pup. My home was very chaotic. He not only trained my dog, but taught me how to communicate with my dog. Because of that one phone call I made to the Dog Dude, chaos and frustration were eliminated and I have a very happy and loving dog. I continue to use the Dog Dude today for training, drop-in care, and pet sitting. I know that when my dog is with the Dog Dude or with a Dog Dude Team Member, he is safe, happy, and is having fun all while being trained to demonstrate good behavior. Amazing! Responsible, caring team. They made it possible for my pups to have the least disruption during my absence. Pics and videos of interaction with the pups, as it was happening , was sent to me with all notification of entering and leaving my home. I felt the pups and my home were safe and secure. What a pleasure to work with Shane and all of the Dog Dude team. I have two dogs and two cats and each one has been positively impacted by Shane. He is phenomenal. I have a better relationship with my dogs because Shane has taught me how to be an effective leader of “my pack”. My dogs are so well trained it is a joy to walk them. Having company or service people in is easy and the girls will place and not move unless given the release command. Shane is knowledgeable, kind and loving. My dogs adore him and look forward to cycling with him, agility and obstacle course work and advanced training. When I go out of town I know all my animals are very well looked after and loved. There is so much more to say but it would take too long. It is a privilege to have Shane and company help my animals and my family have a wonderful relationship.

We first contacted Shane, owner of Dog Dude, when our dog was a puppy. We enrolled her in the puppy training program. Shane had our dog’s respect right from the start! I can’t say enough about his training program! We also use Dog Dude for drop in’s if we are gone for a longer period of time during the day. Each visit consists of a long walk and plenty of interaction from Shane and his staff. We also use Dog Dude for overnight stays. I trust Shane and the entire staff, and most importantly, our dog loves being cared for by them.

I have been using Shane, The DogDude to help with my 2 rescue/adopted dogs. My main issue with them was reactively barking at people and mainly other dogs that they could see and hear through our see through fence. Shane explained why they wanted to bark and we worked on positive training and rewards for positive behavior. After 12 shared sessions they are already 99% better and not barking every time someone walks by. I really thought it’d take a lot more time to accomplish this. I know I need to continue and follow through with what we’ve accomplished and if I need help or just to ask a question I can call and talk to him

I’ve used DogDude LLC services for two years. When my dog was a young pup, he graduated from the Jump Start Puppy Program where he learned basic obedience and I learned how to effectively communicate with him. What once was a chaotic household due to a wild puppy, soon turned into calmness. Since I realized my puppy loved training and I found it to be quite fun myself, he has continued to participate in advanced obedience and agility training on a regular basis as a young adult dog. He doesn’t recognize any of this as training; he only knows he’s having fun. He and I have developed a very strong bond and he is a wonderful companion due to the relationship we developed with DogDude LLC and his Team Members. I’ve also used their drop-in and pet sitting services which is exceptional as well. I highly recommend DogDude LLC and if my dog could speak, he’d recommend them too!

Years ago a friend of mine had recommended the DogDude Shane. Shane and his team are the only people my husband and I trust with our dog. When we need someone to care for our ??Sparky??, we know we can go out of town and never worry about the care ??Sparky?? is receiving. Not only is ??Sparky?? getting some additional training , he goes for walks and gets a lot of love . Recently we went out of town and Kylie took care of ??Sparky?? and stayed overnight with him. The pictures and videos we received with each visit from Kylie shows us how much love and care our ??Sparky?? gets from Kylie. Shane is the best! He's very knowledgeable and explains the reason behind every technique. He's very encouraging, supportive and never lost patience with me when I had a hard time with something. Him and his team were very communicative and always happy to answer my questions or give me advice on an upcoming situation. They're also very understanding and accommodating. I was on a time crunch because I was moving out of state but they were able to work with me and my schedule. My dog was reactive to other dogs and I felt so helpless and lost. I was anxious taking him out for walks or having anyone over because I didn't know how to handle him. But I've seen such a change in my dog starting from day 1 and I feel more confident now as a dog owner. I'm over the moon! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog trainer. They're amazing!

My experience with DogDude has been wonderful. I have been using DogDude and his team for several years now for training and overnight trips away from home. I don’t have to worry about my dog being happy because I know that he is being well cared for and attended to. DogDude is the best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my dog.

e had the Dog Dude and his Team do In Home Care for our dog Hendrix (almost 6months old) this past week. We are so glad we did. They did a wonderful job taking care of him. They came to the house two or three times a day for four days They fed him, walked him, played with him. Even did some training exercises. A big thank you to Tessa, Caleb and Shane. We will definitely be using the Dog Dude for all our future training and any other needs with Hendrix!

We love Dog Dude! Shane and his team are incredible. We’ve worked with them for training for an animal-aggressive dog. After a few months of work with Shane and learning from him, my dog-aggressive Pitt was able to welcome a second dog into our pack. Both are thriving! We have also used Dog Dude for dog sitting services a few times. My dogs are so calm, happy, and balanced after spending time with the Dog Dude team. Shane and his team are so communicative with videos and messages to let us know when they are in our home for the dogs and how everything is going. I wouldn’t trust my pups to anyone else.
